A fawn in the forest. One season it’s under the watchful eye of its mother, its soft cinnamon fur dappled with spots. The next, ready for life on its own: spots faded, legs no longer shaky, and fast enough to venture into the forest alone.
As the mother of two young children, I watch in disbelief as my kids grow up as swiftly as that sweet little fawn. I want them to enjoy and never forget who they are right now. Wouldn’t you agree time flies by too fast? When I capture photographs of my family—and hopefully, yours—I’m immortalizing many of the everyday moments we take for granted. From the velvety softness of a newborn’s skin to the mischievous twinkle in a toddler’s eye to the strong-willed determination of a high school senior ready to take on the world.

We selected Liz for convenience and cost at the time. When we have her do our photos again it will be because of her amazing work! Liz did an amazing job in all aspects of our photo session. She was wonderfully easy to schedule with and when we had a scheduling conflict on our original day she was understanding and flexible and allowed for us to choose a new date that worked for our family. We have two rambunctious toddlers and Liz worked with our family to ensure the highest quality photos in a no stress environment. The pictures turned out great. They are all around our house and my 4 year old still points to them and talks about how much fun that she had getting family pictures.
